What is Surface Finishing?
Surface finishing covers a huge range of processes that involve modifying the surface of a material to improve specific properties of that material, such as its appearance or durability.
It’s the final step that transforms raw or fabricated components into finished products that look brilliant and perform even better.
Take a steel bike frame, for example. Without surface finishing, the bare metal will corrode, and rust will set in much quicker and more easily. Apply a professional powder coating or ceramic finish, and that same frame is protected from moisture, road salt, and UV damage. The colour stays vibrant for years, the surface resists chips and scratches, and the frame maintains its structural integrity.

General Paint Spraying
Excellent alternative for items that can’t be powder coated. Unlike powder coating, which requires high temperatures, our paint is stoved at a very low temperature, making it ideal for plastics and other heat-sensitive materials.

Ceramic Coating (Cerakote)
High-performance ceramic coatings that chemically bond to surfaces, offering improved heat resistance and durability and protection from corrosion. Can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers, and composite materials.
